Yes, you are still able to book RVs! Please make sure to check for potential travel restrictions in your area and practice social distancing.

We are refunding all RVshare fees for trips that need to be canceled due to COVID-19 complications within a rolling 45-day period until further notice. Fees paid to the owner are refunded based on the owner's cancellation policy. Though RVshare cannot dictate an owner’s cancellation policy, we have been encouraging all owners on our platform to reconsider their cancellation policies given the nature of this pandemic. Yes, you are still able to rent out your RV, but be sure to check with local authorities first for any travel restrictions. We recommend thoroughly cleaning your RV between rentals using our best practice guide, found here.

Should I proactively cancel my reservations?

If you’re in an area that is directly impacted by COVID-19, we recommend proactively reaching out to your customers to accommodate any needed changes.

No, canceling reservations due to COVID-19 will not negatively affect your performance metrics.
